David Johnson

David Johnson began his career as a DJ for a number of agencies, performing wedding receptions from the very start. Weddings quickly became his favorite type of event due to the creativity and artistry involved.

"For other types of events, you basically just play music. But weddings are so much more than that, which is why it means so much to be part of them," David says. "Weddings are all about the individuality of the bride and groom, about creating an atmosphere that reflects them as a couple, and being part of the most important day of their lives."

David's interest in music isn't limited to deejaying; he has scored several independent film projects and corporate videos. In addition to being a wedding DJ, David also works in the corporate design field and possesses an art degree from the University of Maryland. He is an avid photographer and independent film buff, and spends much of his free time with his wife of 12 years, Melissa, and their two young daughters.
