Sarah and Chris’ wedding was an incredibly beautiful and intimate celebration held at Woodend Sanctuary in Chevy Chase, Maryland. With gorgeous centerpieces, a spectacular meal and many thoughtful details such as fresh strawberry and mango daiquiris, every aspect of the wedding was memorable. The couple danced their first dance to “Ice Cream” by Sarah McLachlan, and later I was able to surprise their Ethiopian guests with a couple of Ethiopian songs during the dance set, something that the entire wedding seemed to enjoy.
Sarah and Chris had a great team working on their special day, including Rebecca Robinson of Woodend, wedding planner Lindsay Byrne, Amanda Phommachanh of Occasions Caterers, photographer Barbara Tyroler, Spot Floral Design, and Just Cakes. Thanks again, Sarah and Chris!
