Chris and Ashley are the kind of couple that we love to work for; you can tell just to look at them that they are madly in love with each other. Their July wedding at Hotel Monaco in Alexandria was equal parts charm and sophistication, and a true celebration of their love in the purest sense of the phrase.

Their talented photographer Cynthia Kirsch exclaimed there is just one word to sum up Chris and Ashley’s wedding…fabulous!  “I had the pleasure of working with a fabulous couple on a fabulous day at a fabulous location,” she said. “The couple’s family and friends truly enjoyed celebrating with Chris and Ashley, and the dance floor was packed all night.”

Flowers by Patricia Collett of Graceful Flowers. Centerpieces consisted of lots of white roses, white lisianthus, green poms, eucalyptus, yellow statice and white spider mums.

We’re loving the matching gray suits contrasted by bridesmaids in this subtle but snazzy emerald green!

This photo serves as an excellent reminder to all soon-to-be couples that at the end of the day, your wedding is supposed to be fun!

Chris and Ashley shared their first dance to “Lucky” by Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat.

Top 40, oldies and 80′s kept the dance floor packed all evening, as clearly evidenced by these little dancers getting down.

Love was in the air that night!
