When I'm not deejaying weddings, I can be found: Helping to run my family-owned dental lab with my father and older brother, playing roller hockey and indoor soccer, or co-hosting a monthly podcast of electronic dance music.
My other interests: Sports, especially European soccer and the NHL (Liverpool Football Club, the Washington Capitals and the Washington Redskins are my favorite teams), and spending time with my wife and our close group of friends.
Favorite music artists: Robbie Rivera, Mark Knight, The Doors, The Beatles, Outkast, Jay-Z, Black Eyed Peas, John Mayer, Redline Addiction, Jack Johnson, Michael Jackson, Bob Marley, Frank Sinatra.
First dance songs I'm enjoying lately: "First Day of My Life" (Bright Eyes), "You are the Best Thing" (Ray Lamontagne), "Into the Colors" (Ben Harper), "The Way I Am" (Ingrid Michaelson).
Causes I support: SPCA, Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation and American Heart Association.
A quote I live by: "100% of the shots you don't take don't go in."
Best advice I ever received: "Life is short, make it count!"
Seven words that describe me: Caring, friendly, talented, ambitious, responsible, funny, trustworthy.
Something that no one would guess by looking at me: I played soccer in Europe.
On being a wedding DJ: "My tremendous appreciation for music started at a very young age. I love the way that music can make any moment a special one. Music can motivate you to do things that you didn't think possible. It can make a good day a great day. Most importantly though, music can make you move. I strive to create a contagiously electric vibe by pouring my heart and soul in to preparing for each and every event. I have been deejaying for over 10 years and have played for groups as small as 10 and as big as 8,000. I treat no two events the same and always try to make my clients' weddings the unique escape that they dream it will be."
